Patient Reviews
Mar 20, 2025
No surgeon would operate on my large hiatal hernia so close to my heart I was referred to Dr. Shersher by my GI nurse practitioner. Dr. and his nurse, Lexie, had thoroughly reviewed my case, and he agreed to perform the surgery I needed. It took me almost 8 months to ready myself for this operation. On the morning of the surgery, I met with Dr. and the team. They explained what was going to happen and after the surgery checked on me every day. I will always be grateful to Dr. Shersher and his team for making me feel much better.

What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams.
