I had went to multiple offices for consultations to get braces. When I came to Dr. Friedman's office , I felt very comfortable and confident from our discussion on treatment. When I initially called to schedule my appointment I was greeted with a friendly warm voice. The woman answered all my questions and also was able to get me scheduled within the week for the consultation I so wanted to schedule. Dr. Friedman explained the treatment from beginning to end along with the pros and cons for different types of ortho treatment options. I am so happy that I decided to have my treatment in this office, I look forward to all my visits and most of all the results of my treatment!
