I found Dr. Hald to be polite, kind and professional. He diagnosed me with bladder cancer and scheduled the surgery quickly. Some of my follow ups were with his staff and I found them to be friendly and professional also. I will continue to see him for my follow ups and will recommend him to friends and family.
