I saw Dr Hardesty in the hospital before being cleared for discharge. He was clear, understanding, paid close attention and spoke to me as well as my husband and my adult children in language we could all understand. I now have an authorization to see him in his office and am concerned by all the negative reviews about his staff. I used to do their job and I understand that quality care can equal long waits but there is never an excuse for poor customer care. Fingers crossed that when I call my experience will be positive. He is worth waiting for.
