Dr. Perlada came to visit my daughter few days ago at the Summit Hospital in Oakland, CA, he's very professional also very friendly, he fully consider what will be the very best for his patients, he explained every steps he plans to do, he also spend good quality time went over reports with patient & family, he read carefully of the medical records that I bought form outside, Dr. Perlada is a wonderful Doctor, we felt so lucky to be under his care.
