I had an incredibly good experience with Dr. Gilbert when I scheduled a colonoscopy, something I usually dread. Dr. Gilbert was an excellent listener and seemed very knowledgeable and experienced. The colonoscopy was painless and pleasant; I felt pampered by his staff, who offered me juice and whatever they could to make me comfortable and relaxed. They were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. It was almost like visiting a spa! And Dr. Gilbert himself called the next day to check on me.
