I broke my arm in mid January, went to Ortho NorthEast to get evaluated. Dr Goertzen was understanding, straight forward with the facts and recommended surgery due to potential future concerns. Surgery was scheduled and performed 6 days after diagnosis. The nurses, PA's and Dr Goertzen were wonderful during the whole process, from prep, surgery and post-op. I couldn't have had a better experience . Followup appointment was exactly as expected. I would highly recommend Dr Goertzen and Ortho NorthEast for excellent care.
