I had an appointment they had to cancel. That’s fine I get it. They called me to Reschedule. I was all set. 30 mins later I get a voicemail from another person an Elizabeth and told me my appointment today was canceled, yes I know someone else called me and I was rescheduled, and she rescheduled my appointment I had just made! She canceled that one and picked some random time I could not do. When I called she treated me terrible . She was rude and unhelpful. Treated me like I was an inconvenience. Terrible patient care. I hate the people that schedule they are really above and beyond to be unpleasant to people. I have been with this practice for 20 years, never seen anything like this.
