I found Dr. Balaban online after moving to this area from NJ last fall. He studied all my records before my initial visit and we reviewed everything. I didn't feel rushed. I've had several appts since then and one procedure. All went smoothly. I've needed to communicate via the portal several times and always get a response from Robin, his care coordinator. And Dawn who deals with insurance and getting meds approved has been wonderful. Highly recommend.
