My 3.5 year old was in the ICU when he was referred to Dr.Simon. The doctor worked aggressively to treat my child and closely followed up to stabilize his vitals. I could always reach him through his staff and he made sure to squeeze us through his busy schedule to ensure that my child received the correct treatment. The doctor and his team were available round the clock for emergencies. He did all this while connecting to his patient in a playful way and patiently answering all the questions I had. Thanks to the doctor's efficiency and expertise, my child is able return to normalcy after being critically Ill just months before. I shudder to even think what would have happened if my child’s complex condition wasn’t controlled promptly. My child loved visiting him and my only disappointment is we won’t be able to see much of Dr.Simon here after (because he cured my child :D ). He has touched our lives and we are forever grateful to him for giving our baby a second chance to live.
