This doctor was amazing! He saw my daughter (5yrs old at the time) back on 1/10/2002 and I still cherish the experience my family had with him. He immediately diagnosed and treated her for the hives we went in for and asked if there was anything else. I was hesitant to mention anything because her primary doctor (I never went back to again) was totally rude and dismissive to my concerns. Dr. Habenicht was attentive, listened and made me feel like he cared - he provided a totally different experience. He pulled out and reviewed a dermatology book, found the issue, explained it in detail and prescribed the cure that fixed her scalp issue immediately. I had been stressing about it for years since most doctor's don't know black hair etc. and the last doctor was argumentative, wouldn't take the time to listen/diagnose and blew me off with cont. wash her hair and not to braid it, so offensive. It's 2021 and I still remember Dr. Habenicht - he will always be very special in my eyes.
