The staff at the front desk were friendly, polite and professional. Everyone seemed to be helpful and have a smile on their face. I was offered a water while I was waiting for my appointment. Dr. Hecht came in and asked me what was bothering me on my face and neck etc and then he did a quick work up, took photos and really made me feel comfortable with the whole process. He asked if I had any questions and I was able to ask him his opinion on a few things as well. I had surgery two weeks ago and I am EXTREMELY happy with the results. I highly recommend Dr. Hecht to anyone who may be interested in getting a facelift.
