Dr. Her is very knowledgeable about our main concern, a Baclofen pump and the medicine Baclofen itself. He is very patient and understanding with the patient and care giver. Makes a genuine effort to see patient at Upstate as soon as possible. His assistant, Kristen, is very nice, helpful and understanding as well. This family appreciates it!
