The atmosphere, the dentist and staff. They were all very pleasant, professional and kind. Also state of the art x-ray and machinery I had never seen before. I was treated with kindness and complicated teeth issues was resolved. The expertise Dr Herald and his assistant Alyssa had was amazing,
