He is great with our baby and a great communicator with us. He takes appropriate time to assess the patient, is good at explaining his thoughts to the parents, will take the time to answer questions and help parents feel comfortable with decisions made, is responsive to parental feedback, and seems to keep up with the industry and studies related to infant and child illness and care.
