Visited office on 07/03/23 and was met by April (RN). April was very pleasant and professional while taking vitals. Barbra (APRN) assisted Dr. Vargas with initial interview. Both were very attentive to our concerns and professional in their examination. Considering the demand for his time, he did not give us the feel of being rushed. The young lady at the checkout desk, Carrie, was very friendly and informed us of up coming procedures and what it entailed. I'm very highly critical in this day and age of health care providers and so far it was a positive experience.
