Best and most caring eye doctor in the area. He fit me in at the end of day. I no he gets busy; however Dr. Hartzell and his whole staff is worth the wait. I heard a lady say she drove an hr. to get her eye surgery because she heard the great reviews. She had her first surgery and is so happy can't wait till she has her other eye done Again the beat eye doctor in Carlisle.
