I went in to get arthroscopy to repair my torn meniscus and it went way better than I even expected! I haven't had any pain since I woke up from surgery, and I'm six weeks out. I'm very happy that I had the surgery, and all of the care I received from Dr. Bradley and the Kaiser RWC staff. I am working on getting my full range of motion back, and slowly working my way into getting back into mountaineering. Lots of PT ahead, but I'm ready for it! The pain is gone, most of my swelling is gone, and I don't have instability anymore. So grateful! I highly recommend Dr. Bradley for his expertise and care. I'm so happy with my results. This whole experience has definitely been one for the books, and I'm so ready to get stronger. Slowly, of course. :) Surgery is worth it. I wanted to wait because I'm stubborn, but this was the best decision I made all year. My recommendations if you have knee surgery: trust the process, the ice machine is your best friend, and be positive. Thank you!!

What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
