Dr. Dickerson is an intelligent, knowledgeable and well trained expert in pain management for back and nerve treatment, and various other issues. I feel very comfortable with his care and decisions for my treatment. He is in the pain and spine clinic at North Shore in Skokie, now Endeavor. He answers questions in lay person language. I have no regrets starting reg caudals with him, which helps me very much. Not a candidate for nor do I want a fusion. The bonus at the clinic is you don't have to go through the endeavor phone switchboard that is very redundant and annoying with their bot message for each and every time you call. Wait time is not very good either. The pain clinic has a direct number and the scheduler and secys are wonderful taking care of appt, etc with no hassle. One call,one person unlike main number, not staff fault Endeavor fault.
