Dr. Kaffey is kind, considerate and caring. He has a gentle touch. I went to him with a specific problem that another dentist could not fix. His gentle manner and recommendations were perfect for me. I have also had fillings and again I found him precise, gentle and caring. I would recommend him to all friends and family who live in the North Penn area.
