Crushed my right shoulder in a fall July 2023. Dr Privitera saw me the day I called for an appointment even though he was leaving for vacation. At the first visit Dr Privitera carefully explained what the treatment options were and a joint decision was made for a total reverse replacement of the shoulder. All staff was professional and compassionate. After all the follow up visits and Physical Therapy I am back to normal use of my right arm and shoulder. I can't stress enough how listening and obeying Dr Privitera treatment plan and doing the PT exercises daily lead to my recovery. A big thank you to Dr David Privitera and all the staff in his office and at WCCHS.
