Yesterday, in severe pain and with complicated medical issues visited ER @ BayShore Gardens. Dr. Ratcliffe and his fantastic team served me excellent medical care, Served on a platter of Love. Felt like members of family with the caring attitude and expert care. In a bit over an hour, tests, blood work, examination, the whole work up completed, then Dr. Ratcliffe carefully review all the results making sure I understood the gravity of my condition. As stated above, Dr. Ratcliffe and his team earned and deserve TEN STARS. Thank you...Bill Z
