Dr Ouyang is a very caring and kind dr. He has been our dr for many years. Dr. Ouyang comes highly recommended. Dr. Ouyang goes way out of his way to do whatever he can to help his patients. Dr. Ouyang is an exceptional Dr. It would be very hard to find a more caring dr. It is our honor to have Dr Ouyang for our family dr. He has saved my mom's life when she needed a very rare kind of heart surgery. He has been there when emergencies happened. He sat by her side to help her breath when she was gasping for oxygen. Dr. Ouyang is AN EXCELLENT DR!!!
