Patient Reviews
Jul 10, 2020
So far I have only seen him once, but I was very impressed. I called the office and got an appointment within a week. When I got there, the office was very clean and the staff was well prepared. I filled out a two page form for new patients, but much of the information was already pre-filled as they received my info from the medical group I'm a part of. They highlighted in yellow the info they needed, which took me less than two minutes. The wait times in total was less than 10 minutes. Dr. Shu's manners are excellent. He has a laptop in each exam room and has access to all my medical history. He took the time to respond to my questions and took a blood sample in his office. One stop shop! His assistant gave me a tetanus shot, which I haven't taken since I was a child. He recommended it be done every 10 years. Great doctor.

Board Certifications
What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
