I was doctor Patella's patient for 30 years. There are no doctors like him left in the U.S. When I stated going to him, I was having kidney stones every 6 months, I would eventually go to the ER and he would be there waiting for me, not once, but every time. I had a heart attack on the 4th of July, went to the ER. Guess who was there? I have since moved out of the area and understand he is no longer practicing medicine. This is probably one of the greatest losses to medicine in the Sacramento area. Shame on Medicare for the way he was treated by that organization.
