Before Dr. Penn entered the exam room, the medical assistant spoke very highly of him. This set the tone for a great first and further visits in his office. While my procedure is ongoing, each visit is not something that I dread. I am looking forward to a great outcome, and I have Dr. Penn and his associates to thank for my improved health.
