I met Dr. Rakoff before and after hip replacement surgery, not in his office, though I spoke by phone with him the day before surgery. He was very empathetic and kind. Dr. Rakoff explained every detail of the anesthesia both before and after my surgery. He is an excellent and compassionate doctor.
