Patient Reviews
Apr 18, 2023
Dr. Rapkin performed my “emergency” c-section and it couldn’t have been a better experience. I went in on a Friday having false contractions and he saw me, but sent me home. Upon meeting him he was super personable and didn’t make me feel silly about the false contractions. The next Wednesday my water broke and he happened to be working as well. Both instances Dr. Rapkin was professional, caring and listened to me 100%. I was super nervous about having to have a c-section and he and the entire TGH staff made me feel super comfortable. I’m less than 2 weeks postpartum and I’ve had minimal pain this entire time. I couldn’t recommend him and the TGH staff enough.

What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
