Dr Cole and the entire team, Thank you for all that you have done to help grow our family by three. None of this would be possible if it were not for your regimen, expertise, patience and compassion that you displayed in 2010 that gave us hope to have a successful pregnancy. Six years later, my husband and I would have never imagined having three children. Words can not express our appreciation and gratitude for making this possible. We thank you and you will forever be remembered.
