My former GI retired and I got lost in the shuffle. I have been suffering with my Crohn's disease for a long time, I live in a rural community and have to go out of town for specialists. Was told by regular doctors that my Crohn's was in my head and one even said I had Facticious Disorder. That I made myself have symptoms of Crohn's disease! I had only 3 other gi doctors who have diagnosed me. First one when I was in late teens. Next one in my late 20's, one in late 30's and now one now in the year I will turn 50. Dr.Mize and his office listen and perform necessary tests to help figure out what is wrong. They lay out game plan and get you on path to better functioning life of quality. They involve you in your Healthcare decisions. Dr.Mize is informative, kind, and compassionate.
