He is Very knowledgeable and patient. Dr. Owens takes the time to discuss and explain all aspects of care in detail. The knowledge I am given during visits makes me feel comfortable and confident that when I leave the visit there are no lingering doubts or questions. Dr Owens is Very thorough, Patient, pleasant and straightforward. I would definitely recommend him to any person needing a Cardiologist with his expertise.
