Dr. Dowis delivered our son at home in Fresno in 1984. He allowed us to give birth the way we wanted and always trusted us as we trusted him. Our son and his wife will gift us with a grand child in April 2023. We are sad that there is no Dr. Dowis available for their birthing their baby.
