How likely are you to recommend Dr. Molter?
We have had a LONG history with Dr. Molter. If you have a very difficult ENT problem that stumps others, such as a child with a very complex medical history, Dr. Molter is highly recommended. He has the depth&breadth of knowledge & independence of thought to figure things out & help set your child on the path toward ils best possible life. Very difficult medical problems & procedures are easy for him. If you just need consistently great bedside manner, you would probably do better with someone else. Dr. Molter's bedside manner is erratic. He can be awesome but when he displays not-great bedside manner you will also probably NOT be getting his full attention or the benefit of that 'depth&breadth of knowledge'. If you calmly & politely remind him how you're a person too & your child needs his great expertise, you can often get him back on track. It is too much to expect a medical genius like Dr. Molter to also be great 'people person', but good patients can help him be a great physician.
