Patient Reviews
Oct 11, 2024
I was having numbness my feet, was tested by a neurologist, and, based on a family history of autoimmune conditions, that neurologist recommended that I see Dr. Younger due to his particular expertise in the intersection of the immune and nervous systems. Blood tests that Dr. Younger ordered revealed that I may have both celic disease and atrophic gastritis, which may be causing low B-12, which may help explain my peripheral neuopathy (as well as long--standing low blood cell counts). I greatly appreciate how Dr. Younger was able to figure out what's going on with me, including basic issues that had been overlooked by other doctors. Thank you, Dr. Younger!

What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
