I've been to roughly a dozen mental health practitioners in the last 6 years, and I can unequivocally say that Dr. Shogren is the best, most competent and most intelligent doctor that I have yet to come across. Even now, although I'm no longer her patient, I would urge anyone with moderate to severe mental health issues to make an effort to see her. I, myself, would drive nearly 100 miles every month when I was seeing her, simply because she is the best around. She can help. I guarantee it. :)
