Dr. Gutzmann is excellent at both integration and conventional psychiatry. Lifestyle affects mental health, and Dr. Gutzmann will help you identify how you can improve your lifestyle to improve your mental health. She is also extremely knowledgeable about research on medication and helps her patients with medication. If you are interested in trying supplements (which may have fewer side effects than medications) she can help you with that as well. Dr. Gutzmann is very knowledgeable, caring and responsive and I highly recommend her.
