Dr. Dawson is an amazing empathetic listener who is able to use his personal life background in sports and his specialized medical training to obtain the very best outcomes for his patients. He is honest, straight forward, and realistic in his communications. He sets a course of therapy that if followed, will achieve the best results. Dr. Dawson diagnosed and repaired my shoulder which I now have full range of motion and use of. In fact, it is stronger and functions better than my other shoulder. Thank you.
