I consulted with Dr. Kirby on my condition that has not been improving. Dr. Kirby was thorough and empathetic in her interview. She conducted a detailed clinical examination. Her diagnostic skills resulted in identifying the likely source of my problem and treatment recommendations that already resulted in some improvement in my symptoms. With her knowledge and clinical skills, Dr. Kirby elicited my trust that I am in good hands and my treatment is on the right track. I left her office feeling reassured, encouraged and hopeful.

What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
