I have been seeing Dr Larkey for many years. This visit was a bit different in that she didn’t seem as engaged with me. She was pleasant and thorough but her explanations were short and less informative than in the past. The visit felt a bit rushed and brief; I forgot to ask her the two questions I had. I think big corporate medicine quota requirements to keep appointments short and simple have caught up with her. Not like the old days! I’ve always felt her skills as a doctor are outstanding and more than once she has caught a condition unrelated to Gyn medicine. I will continue to travel to see her because I still feel she really cares about her patients and she is a superb doctor. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a gynecologist.
