I had to see Dr. Portney at the lakeside clinic because my OB/GYM (Dr. Peter Drenchko) passed away unexpectedly. I was reluctant to see her because I had such a great relationship with Dr. Drenchko. To my surprise she was wonderful she was welcoming, kind, took time to listen, and and answer questions I had during the visit. It was definitely different and no one could ever replace Dr. D. but she set me at ease and made me feel like it was OK to go to another Dr. even if it wasn't my choice! TY
