Dr Carr is one of the nicest, caring and competent professionals I have ever known. After my encounters with other inept professionals within the last year or so, he spent so much time explaining and making my need so simple after being told by others it would a six to eight month process and the costs astronomical, he was so professional and simplified everything. There is no one better in my opinion. I would recommend him to everyone in need of his services. Thank you Dr. Carr.
