I started seeing Dr. Holmes I’m 2022. I have suffered with TMJ for over 20 years. I have just put it off for years mainly because of the cost and did not want surgery. Any treatment is costly but they will work with you. Dr. Holmes is out of network for me but I will continue to keep going for my TMJ just because I have searched forever for MD that would treat me with surgery being the last option. He has done this, my TMJ will never go away but he provides treatment that helps me live with it. You definitely have to follow his treatment plans to get the benefits. This was my first time doing injections, it is expensive but there are reimbursement sites you can use and get some of your money back. I want to thank Dr. Holmes and his staff for the amazing experience and help they have provided me especially for the week my dog chewed my mouth piece up! They definitely are truly amazing and so glad to still have caring people in this crazy world we live in.
