I just can’t say enough good stuff about this doctor. I was at Palomar hospital with an infected wound. Dr Nemceff wasn’t my doctor ER didn’t know who or what type of specialist should see me. Palomar had a few guys come by and see me and each had something to say but none were much help. From what I understand Dr Nemceff was asked by another doctor if he would be willing to go by and see me. He was and has been a God sent for me. From practically losing my leg to an almost normal leg. Wow! It still isn’t 100% but it is definitely almost there.Thank you Dr Nemceff and Rachel his assistant in his clinic and Blanca who kept my appointments in order. What a team! I would recommend him in a heartbeat.
