Dr. Tarnow has been my periodontist for about 20-30 years. The first implant was done about 20 years ago.it is still there, no problems. He did four implants on the upper jaw where there was very little bone due to an infection. I had no problems. He is honest, he diagnoses the problem. The decision is yours. He is world known, and yet very humble. I hope he never retires.
