In 1989 Dr.Philander treated me at North Memorial after I had a brain bleed! My memory was completely wiped out! But Dr. Philander was there for me the entire time to treat my symptoms! It is now 35 years later and I’m doing fine! Memory is still not good but I learned my skills to assist! I write everything down! He was the only specialist that comforted my family and in that time will heal! Very wonderful specialist he is! Thank you Dr Philander for your kind and special care!
