Dr Lockney is a highly recommended doctor and is in high demand. However, when I met him, I found him to be very down to earth and personable. Busy, but willing to listen to me and my concerns. I felt very comfortable discussing surgery with him, and I did not really want to discuss surgery. I would definitely recommend Dr Lockney to anyone. He cares about his patients and their needs.
