I was hesitant to go to a new Dr, especially randomly assigned by my insurance. I'm pleased with Dr Velazquez. He listens, takes his time, doesn't feel he's rushing out. My health is above average, so my experience is limited, but I felt listened to and taking my concerns seriously. He's laid back and cool, I feel at ease and not intimidated. Will continue to go back. Oh, and the fact that there are appointments after work hours (after 5pm) is such a plus too.
