The waiting room was full and I struck a conversation with a couple. They told me that Dr. Joshi has treating them both and that their satisfaction is enormous. When I registered by Mari, she was easy and welcoming. After a short wait, I was called and Sergio the technician was very dedicated and thoroughly cleaned all the equipment before examination. A second technician transferred me to do more tests. I felt they cared about my comfort and offered me cold water. The technology used was very advanced. When Dr. Joshi entered the examining room and explained the results he was detailed oriented and listened to my inquiries with so much compassion and assurance. It seemed that my health was his priority. In sum, it wasn’t just a doctor’s visit, it was more like trusting my own family. The doctor assistance Shay was very nice and Gina checked me out with a smile. Great professionals.
