Dr. Patel is one of my favorite doctors that I have ever seen. I saw him for about a year with digestive issues. I was eventually diagnosed with Crohn's and had to switch to the IBD clinic, and while I love my new team I was super sad to have to stop seeing Dr. Patel. He spent so much time with me in my appointments. He was very thorough, he listened to all of my concerns and answered my questions (even if they were silly), and he is EXTREMELY smart. He ordered exactly the right tests for me and for the first time in 24 years, I felt like I was finally seeing someone who understood what was going on with me. He is absolutely wonderful!
