Dr. Arena is a very nice person and appears knowledgeable. She is easy to talk to and honest. However, although she will answer questions when asked, I feel that some of the information should be explained during a visit or notice/letter sent after tests are done and results posted on one's Lahey patient account. Overall I believe she is a good Dr.
